Tijaaro Microfinance targets women and youth entrepreneurs with ongoing business activities and plans that require capital to fund the start-up or growth of their businesses as well as other potential entrepreneurs with realistic income-generating ideas who are unable to access capital from other financial sectors

This gap exists because of a general lack of clear support and follow-up mechanism for all these investments borne from the fact that there is no clear and structured way of not only selecting deserving ideas but providing them dedicated support and mentorship to implement the ideas and thereafter conduct evaluation and monitoring to document the impact of the investment.
Through Tijaaro Microfinance we are;
- Providing sharia-compliant microfinance to women and youths.
- Formulating and reviewing sharia-compliant policies and programs for Micro and Small Enterprises/ entrepreneurs.
- Monitoring and evaluating the implementation of programmes related to or affecting the micro and small enterprises and entrepreneurs in Somalia.
- Promoting the mainstreaming of youth, gender and persons with disabilities in all our micro and small enterprises activities and programs
